Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. If you are a registered user, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing page.
Sky accepts the following credit card payment options: American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa.
Charging Your Credit Card
The total dollar amount of your order will be authorized at the time your card is approved. The actual payment (transfer of funds) will not occur until your order ships.
Charging Your Debit Card
The total dollar amount of your order will be authorized at the time your card is approved, which may have an effect on your account balance even though the actual payment (transfer of funds) will not occur until your order ships.
In accordance with state regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to your shopsky.com order if your shipping address is in California.
Sky Gift Cards are only available for purchase and redemption at Sky Retail store locations; at this time, Sky Gift Cards cannot be purchased or redeemed on shopsky.com.
When you are ready to make your purchase, place your mouse over your Cart at the top of the page and click Checkout. Our checkout process is quick, easy and secure. Just follow these steps to place your order.
For Registered Users – If you are a returning customer and have an account at shopsky.com, please sign in using your email address and password. You will then be taken directly to the first Checkout page.
For Non-Registered Users – If you are not registered for an account at shopsky.com, you may proceed to the first Checkout page to create an account.
Once you have placed your order, you will see your order summary, which will include your order number. At this time you will be able to print a copy of your receipt for your records. A copy of your receipt will also be included in your order shipment. If, during checkout, you indicated that this order is a gift, a gift receipt, which excludes all prices, will be included in your order shipment.
Order and Shipping Confirmations
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order number. If you are a registered user, you can use your order number to track your order in My Account. Once your items have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of the shipped item(s). Please note that if you order more than one item, it is possible that different items may be shipped on different days, depending on stock availability.
Enter the address where you would like your order shipped. If you are a registered user and have saved a shipping address, your shipping address will automatically appear on the Shipping page. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, click the box next to Use This Address for Billing. If you are purchasing a gift, please click the Yes box next to Is This a Gift. Then select a shipping method from the options provided.
We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is available at the time of shipping. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total.
When you are shopping on shopsky.com and click Add to Cart, your selected item will be saved in your Cart. Your Cart holds products that you may wish to purchase while you continue to shop. The item(s) you place in your Cart will remain there for the next 30 days, or until they are purchased, whichever occurs first.
Options in your Cart:
Update the Quantity – To do this, select the quantity you wish to purchase from the drop down box and click Update.
Remove an Item from your Cart – To remove an item completely from your Cart, simply click Remove next to each item that you want to remove from your Cart.
Edit Details – If you wish to view or change the items in you Cart, simply click on Edit next to the item you wish to change. This will bring up a Quick View of the selected product where you can change your item choice, your size, or your color. Make your selections or changes and click Update to return to you Cart.
Enter a Coupon or Promotion Code – If you have a coupon or promotion code, enter it in the appropriate field during the billing section of the check out process and click Apply to see the discounted price. Your order total will reflect any and all price changes.
Continue Shopping – If you wish to continue shopping, you can use your Cart to store items that you wish to purchase. At any time while shopping, you can return to your Cart by clicking on Cart at the top of the page.
Save your Cart – If you are not ready to purchase the items in your Cart now, you can save your selections and retrieve them within the next 30 days (after that it will automatically be removed). Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of items saved in your cart.
You can check the status of your shopsky.com order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section of your account. You will receive an order confirmation email after an order has been placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has left our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.
Tracking your Order

Changing or Cancelling your Order
To cancel or change your shopsky.com order, please contact Customer Service. You may change or cancel any shopsky.com order as long as the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please note, Sky is not responsible for typographical errors made when placing an order.
Emails About Your Order
We will communicate all information about your order via email. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped; this email will also include the tracking number for your package.
Opening An Account
Opening a shopsky.com account is easy. Simply click Register and enter the requested information. When placing an order, you will also have the option to create an account with your email address and password.
A shopsky.com account offers you an easy and fast way to place orders. You can customize your account preferences and save your billing and shipping information for faster checkout. Your account also allows you access to your order history so you can track and check up on your most recent orders. Your account wishlist lets you customize and save your favorite, must-have items so that you can then email them to your friends. Your password assures that only you can have access to your account information.

Managing Your Account
It’s easy to change and update your account information online at any time; simply click Sign In to access your account. Please note that if you have just placed an order with shopsky.com, it may take up to 24 hours for your order to appear in your Order History. If you can’t find your order, please check back later.
