Methods and Costs

Sky offers the following types of shipping for customers in the United States:

• Standard Ground - In the continental united states
• 2nd Day - $20.00
• Next Day Air - $30.00

Approximate delivery times:

• Standard Ground - Delivery occurs 3 to 5 business days after processing
• 2nd Day - Delivery is guaranteed 2 business days after processing
• Next Day Air - Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing

For our International customers, charges for standard international shipping are $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Sky is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Sky cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance.

For orders that require more than one shipment, the total shipping and tax charges for each shipment will be allocated proportionally to the cost of the items shipped; the total shipping cost charged for your order will not increase.

Shipping Guidelines

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Sky will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

• Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
• Orders placed Monday-Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 3 business days.
• Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
• Sky does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays.

Sky is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

For your protection, any order totaling $500.00 or more requires a signature at the time of delivery.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order placed with Sky, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns

Sky Returns Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sky order. We will accept your return of product in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached within 15 days of receipt of your Sky order. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned at any time. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sky reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

To return an item purchased at ShopSky.com, simply follow the return instructions on the order invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include the bottom portion of the invoice in an appropriate shipping box.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return package has been received by Sky, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five to seven business days. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Returning a Gift

Items purchased on shopsky.com and received as a gift may be returned by mail when accompanied by a gift receipt within 15 days of purchase - a credit will be issued in the form of a shopsky.com credit via email. Please make sure to include your email address with your gift receipt when you ship your return. Shopsky.com credits may be redeemed on shopsky.com only and will not be accepted as a form of payment at any Sky Retail locations.

Sky items purchased at other locations

Sky items purchased at Sky retail stores, department stores, or any other store selling Sky merchandise may not be returned to shopsky.com.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price matching. Price adjustments will not be honored at shopsky.com or at any Sky retail store.
