Sky Returns Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sky order. We will accept your return of product in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached if requested within 10 days of receipt of your Sky order.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sky reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. When returning swimwear, all items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and sanitary protection intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear.  Final Sale items may not be returned.

To return an item purchased at, click the Request RMA# link to the right.  RMA#'s will be processed within 1 business day. Once your return is approved and you receive your RMA#, securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box.  Please be sure to indicate the RMA# on the outside of the box.  Sky does not offer free return shipping at this time.  We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

Sky items purchased at Sky retail stores, department stores, or any other store selling Sky merchandise may not be returned to

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price matching. Price adjustments will not be honored at or at any Sky retail store.
